Good coastal lanscape venues in Southern England

    Hi all,

I live in London but would really like to get out of the smoke and fins a good location for some coastal landscape shots. I am about to purchase a 10 stop ND filter and need some good venues to try it out.... Not just boring coastline and beaches like Brighton. SE England would be ideal, but not being a local I have no idea. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Seven Sisters is the obvious choice.

I don't know Southern England that well, but I've yet to find a photographically uninteresting bit of coastline anywehre except for the bits that have been concreted over and/or are terminally infested with humans.

Hi. You will have to go along way to beat the Northumberland Coast .Holy Island ,Alnemouth,Bamborough Castle. Dustemborugh Castle, The sites are endless you could spend a lifetime up there . The Stamping Ground for Joe Cornish. If it is good enough for Joe it is Good enough for me.

Well seeing as the OP lives in London, he/she will have to go a long way to get to the Northumberland coast!

He wants to get out of London - not stay in Tottenham!
