Results March Forum Competition 2009 are now here

Hi all

Those quick enough will probably be thinking that I've gone mad in my drive to judge these competitions on time - and on this occasion actually judged it before it has closed. But no, my mind is as sound as usual, and this is not notification of the results.

I will be indisposed as of 1 April for about 2 weeks, so I am not going to be able to judge the March round until about 16th. I did consider some other options, but on seeking the advice of Siuya we've decided that the best option is to let you all know things will be delayed, and I'll do the judging when life returns to normal.

Thanks for the massive number of entries this month - I think you've broken all records. And the quality is exceptionally high too, so it'll be some job to pick a winner.

Sorry if you are disappointed about the wait, but there's not much I can do about it I'm afraid. I'll edit the subject header when the results are really announced.

Wow! Thanks... well pleased with second place Thanks Damien.

My image wasn't taken in the bathroom but in the bedroom with me lying on the bed to get the camera at roughly sink height. Having tried and rejected a couple of spare real plug holes I have knocking about in the garage I decided to make a 'Blue Peter' style hole from the cardboard tube from a kitchen roll and a Weetabix packet. The rest is props, a toothbrush for context and Mrs APchris is holding a spare tap fitting above the camera to further enhance the realism

Well done Adam and Jay and good effort everyone. There were loads of excellent images entered this month.
