Yodobashi Camera are selling them for (bear in mind that the Yen has strengthened hugely against the pound) £1700!!Ouch. Even a year ago that'd have been 'just' £1100.

We had a poll here about how much people thought they'd potentially be willing to pay for it, as I recall. And if I recall correctly, the response basically indicated something in the £600-800 region. If £1100 is (or was, aside from the currency plummeting) the list price, then I suppose at street prices it would probably be not too far from, if not in the ball park.
I've got a Mamiya 6, though, so I wouldn't be in the market for it anyway, but I'm glad it's there.
Yep, I seem to remember £800 being top end. I agree that its mere presence in the market can only be good.
