Hi Folks

My (now quite!) venerable A85 is'nt a bad unit, but the zoom range is only up to 105mm (35mm equivalent).

Thinking about a teleconverter lens for specific uses, and I am a little confused about the available Canon T/C converters, so does anyone know more about the differences between the following:
- TC-DC52 (may be 2.4x?)
- TC-DC52A (may be 1.75x?)
- TC-DC52B (may be 1.6x)

OTOH, might be time to invest in a nice new Powershot (I already have the LC-DC52C adaptor ring & a WC-DC52W/A adaptor, so it would make sense to stay with cameras that take these same adaptors!)

Note: this is/would be my "pocket camera" - my other digital camera is a Samsung GX10 DSLR (and the Canon w/a adaptor fits the kit zoom too - so no need to go in that direction! )
