Has anyone here dealt with the company Just Ltd who sell camera cleaning equipment? I ordered some swabs from them after a very useful telephone conversation. The stuff arrived next day and I set about cleaning. Unfortunately, I had never done it before and promptly made a bit of a cod's ear of it. To cut a long story short I had some mess on the sensor which I didn't seem able to shift.

Things looked to me to be pretty bad and I was contemplating an expensive visit to a local repair shop for a professional clean. Anyway, Peter from Just, had asked me to mail him and let him know how things went ( he knew I was a bit nervous )and I told him my tale of woe. He asked me to send the camera to him and he would look at it, and see what he could do.

I sent if off on Thursday morning and he mailed me the next day to update me. He cleaned the camera for me and sent it back to me by return without any charge. It arrived today (Saturday ) as good as new. He also took the time to speak to me giving me some really helpful advice for future cleaning and suggesting where I had gone wrong.

I am amazed by how good this company's service is and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They were all really pleasant to talk to as well. I have no link with them and am just a regular bloke who is delighted with their service. In these times I believe companies who go the extra mile deserve mention. I will certainly be buying my supplies from them in future

Thanks Tim that's them. I should have posted the link myself. I saw a brief but favourable review of a cleaning pack they did in AP a year or so ago but then forgot about them until looking for some cleaning stuff recently.
