Type of glue?

I got an old but great beseler 23C series II at a garage sale and I've been restoring it. My problem is the the upper bellow is not a attached to the top part of the negative stage and I can tell that it was originally glued. So I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of glue I should use? Thanks
