    Olympic Pics

Here. Sports isn't really an area I'm interested in, but someone sent me this and there's some amazing work on there.

This set is great. I'm really enjoying the Olympics. The BBC had a good piece on still photogrpahy at the games yesterday morning rightly concluding that the still image captures the spirit of the games in a way moving images don't. All this has set my resolve even harder - I will be at London 2012 with a photo pass.

I listened to that broadcast but never managed to watch it - anyone know if they have a copy or is it on bbc or youtube?
If you wore it, ate it or use it a truck brought it - INCLUDING your camera!!

I checked on line as I was going to post it on here but couldn't find anything.

A pity Stern doesn't have an English Edition. This is what Picture Post should have been doing if they'd got the business right.
Credit where its due. These are a superb set of photographs which capture the atmosphere and personalities of the games far more than a string of finishing photographs. So many just make you want to take more than a seckond look.
