This set is great. I'm really enjoying the Olympics. The BBC had a good piece on still photogrpahy at the games yesterday morning rightly concluding that the still image captures the spirit of the games in a way moving images don't. All this has set my resolve even harder - I will be at London 2012 with a photo pass.![]()

A pity Stern doesn't have an English Edition. This is what Picture Post should have been doing if they'd got the business right.
Credit where its due. These are a superb set of photographs which capture the atmosphere and personalities of the games far more than a string of finishing photographs. So many just make you want to take more than a seckond look.
