After buying my daughter a Kodak easyshare M753 in Jan she has managed to crack the screen. Does anyone know where I can get a new screen. Installing it is not a problem.

I would doubt whether replacement screens will be available, other than perhaps to repairers. This type of camera is not really designed to be repaired, as the cost of repair is close to that of replacement.

All I would say is that we get this sort of query every few months. I've never yet seen anybody come back and report success.
Thanks for your reply. I have managed to get a camera with a broken lens from e bay so hopefully I can use the screen from this one. I phoned a camera shop in Norwich for a quote for the repair and they said it would be about £100. Well I laughed and said I didnt pay that much for the camera in the first place. I think I need to get into the camera repair business!!
...and how did you get on? You may find if you are lucky that the front and back parts of the camera are joined only by a few flat flexi-cables so rather than replace the screen, you just swap over the complete back (in about 10 minutes flat)
Too many cameras, too many lenses.......
