    Might the latest poll be related to this award? Most people have replied 'no' to the poll but by the sounds of things the few who have actually used these cameras think differently. Will be interesting to see how it pans out.

    Anyway I thought a novice was a female who wanted to become a nun. Is taking photos in convents allowed?

    I think most who have used them voted 'No' to be honest.

    Interestingly Olympus didn't go down the route of AF SLR's prefering to develop the IS range of bridge cameras, they weren't mainstream then, they're not mainstream now but they're still here.
