Oxford Trip - July 18th
      #805670 - 28/06/2009 18:29

Here we go. Another chance to sample the delights that Oxford has to offer on Saturday the 18th July.

Some photography will be involved (early on - like, before the pubs open). Thereafter much alcohol will be quaffed and a merry time had by all. So far the list of those going is -

Me (Hotblack)
Fen - (errrrrr. .....Fen) and
Richard (OneTen)

Anybody else want to join us make yourselves known.

Everybody welcome.

Cheers

Damn, that's my parents' 45th wedding anniversary weekend, so I'll be otherwise occupied.

Anyway, have a great time everyone, and bring back some great pictures and a few hangovers

I'd like to come too. Just have to work out whether to drive or go by train? Driving'd looking like the favourite. More flexible and cheaper!

Excellent, it's a bit noisy due to a 24hr dairy next door, ear plugs do the trick.

It looks like I'll be getting there Friday evening instead of early Saturday Morning as they have a minimum "2 night" booking during the summer.

I will just back from 2 weeks in Turkey, would have like to have done this trip as SWMBO has family in the area and would have been good brownie points...

Nice one Andy. I've booked at the campsite and paid a rather steep £25 deposit. If anyone else is staying, mention Photo Group and they'll try and shove us in the same area.

Just to re-cap the situation as it stands now

Me (Hotblack)
Fen - (errrrrr. .....Fen)
Richard (OneTen)
Andy Macinnes (Fire Monkey)
Andrew Heelis and Mrs Heelis (Spangler)

and Jimmy K has shown an interest and as Richard pointed out is more than welcome to join our merry band.

Meeting point will be at Carfax Tower slap bang in the centre of Oxford for 10.30am (or would 11am be better?)
