eCommerce site design packages

Hi,

A friend has designed a few websites for herself but is now being asked by others to develop sites for them too. She is highly creative and technically able, but suspects that there is software out there that would simplify the process. She is thinking in terms of a package that offers ready-made but customisable templates, although any other suggestions would be welcome.

What she is looking for is as follows:
- Must support eCommerce.
- Must simplify the technical/programming stuff as far as is possible.
- Must be flexible and allow her to realise her creative vision.
- Must run on a Mac.

I'm hoping that people here will be able to suggest some solutions as it's something I don't know enough about. If there's anything else I need to clarify, let me know.
