Which macro lens for D300?

i want to but a macro lens for my Nikon D300 but can not decide whether to get the Nikon 105mm Nikkor macro or pay half the price and get the Sigma 105mm macro? does the nikon price really justifies the it's picture quality or the sigma will do the same job at half the price
