I use the x300 Lexar cards in my a900. They seem to keep up with the camera without trouble so are worth the extra IMO. Sony cards are likely to be just as good.

From what I have read, the 300x cards are supposed to very good, but I have not tried them myself.

I already have a Lexar 330x UDMA card, but thought that I would give Sony a try for comparison
The price seems pretty fair too.............

What is 300x is MB/sec? nearly 40mb/sec so its the same as a SAnDisk Extreme IV? Does seem good price then.
I am using SanDisk extreme III's in my A900 and seem to be able to get the fll burst speed, these are only 30mb/sec but a lot cheaper (and I am tight unless I can see the benifit )

The Lexar and the Sony cards `claim` to be able to transfer data at 45mb/sec

300x the base rate, which is CD read speed of 150Kb/sec is 45Mb/sec but that's Megabits not Megabytes... not to be confused
