The biggest (and best) UK camera fair of the year will be held this Sunday, May 17th at the Royal Horticultural Society's Lindley Hall, Vincent Square, Westminster, London SW1P 2PB. This fair is one of the most important events for classic cameras and it attracts photographers, collectors and dealers from all over the world. Parking in the streets near the hall is free on a Sunday and as its the weekend, there is no congestion charge. Further details can be found here

I'm hoping to be there as well. I normally enjoy my visits and add to my snaps of "London Town" on my way back to Euston.

Ah, brings back memories. I did my law finals in that hall. For one subject I was the only candidate plus three invigilators.

I wonder if their expenses for being away from their main residence are as good as those for MPs?

Expenses???
hahahahahaaaaa oh that's funny.
Last time we had a Mods Meetup with the AP Staff we (the Mods) had to pay for the beers.
Damo (poor chap) looked like he hadn't shaved for days and Mr Jacobs was only wearing one whole shoe as the other was held together with post-it notes and melted wax crayons!

Sounds quite appropriate for someone trying to look like an artist.

I did see two shifty characters lurking in a corner. I quite expected them to accost me with a "Psst. Like a Leica mate?" But there's something wrong about being psst at 11 a.m. and, anyway, I wanted to lift a different sort of glass - a minty fresh Pentax SMC-A 50mm f1.7 with caps and UV filter for a less-than-eBay £25

That sounds like Barney, although I never knew he had a brother As for <stifled guffaw> expenses </stifled guffaw> I'll be sure to check what he owes tomorrow.

Some photographs are now up on their website. I can't see me, but you might be lucky.
