GIMP opens A900 .ARW!!

Shock of shocks, so many people in so many places awaiting for a converter that supports the A900 and asking which good converter can open A900 ARWs already, so out of curiosity I just tried to open it with my very much pre A900 GIMP UFRAW and it opens! I haven't updated my version of GIMP or UFRAW for ages and surprisingly it opens and converts quite well! The images may open with an odd WB and low contrast, but you can quickly adjust it in UFRAW and contrast once the image is pasted into GIMP!
