Vectoring

Hi guys, picked up a mag for paintshop pro today as the main feature was on vectoring. I,'m very interested in this technique and was wondering if the same can be achieved in CS3 or will i have to stump up for paintshop too. I'm new to the digital darkroom so please excuse my ignorance

Yep, you just can't beat a well drawn Bézier curve, although a nice layer mask always works wonders. Have fun Skyline
