So you've gone from Canon 450D to the Sony A300 in two days?
Have you handled the camera and decided that you like it more than the 450D?
As for the cost... is it a reputable place? They you checked it out?
If it isn't a UK/European issue then the warranty won't be worth the paper it's printed on.

As "kit" lenses go they are quite good and will initially be all you need.
What's "some yoda type"

That's an unbeatable price, and the alpha 300 is a good camera with a great LiveView mode and excellent tilting LCD screen.
But be aware that when bringing it back to the UK you'll be liable to pay VAT at 17.5% and probably duty on the 55-200mm lens (there's no duty on digital SLRs, strangely). If you get caught trying to sneak through Customs you could be in big trouble.
Also, does it have a worldwide warranty? Because if it goes wrong in the UK any repair will be expensive.

If then, some of them aren't really worldwide. The US ones may say worldwide but they can be US Only!
