Hello guys,
im thinking i want to go for the Nikon D60
but just another few quick questions please?
Does anyone no if the D60 have live view?
And i went into my local shop today (jessops) and they were talking about a cash back offer..i was just wondering what stores you can use them with...
because i have got currys, comet, dixons and pcworld near me
and i would like to know which of those shops the offer works with?
Thanks,dave0493

The D60 doesn't have live view. As for cashback, providing it is running, you should be able to claim it back wherever you get it from provided you get a receipt. Be careful about buying online as there may be different rules applied to buying from a different country. Nikon's website should have details of what you need to claim cashback.

Nikon's cash back works like this.. Purchase the camera from any retail or online outlet and you can claim the cash back directly from Nikon UK as long as the offer is running BUT BEWARE the camera MUST be a UK model, Watch out for online stores that will supply non UK models Especially Fleabay !!
When you get your Camera you will need to download or send off to Nikon for the cash back form, Fill that in and send it to Nikon UK with a copy of your till receipt and the B copy of the Cameras registration cert, If you purchase a kit (Camera and Len/Lens) then they will need the B copy for these also. My D60 cash back took 7 Days to get back to me but the amount of time does differ.
Live view equipped DSLR Nikon's cost a fair few pennies more but i prefer the viewfinder as it gives me better framing ability. I also find my Nikon 5400 Coolpix with live-view is restrictive when i am using the camera in bright sunlight as i can't see the live-view properly..
Hope this helps........:)
