Animoto Photo Videos

Stumbled across THIS through the Facebook application and I'm rather impressed with it. You upload pictures, choose a track or upload your own and then it makes a video of it, a little like the Apple iMovies kind of thing. It's limited to 30 seconds without paying, but for just $30 (£15) you can do full length and download DVD quality videos...interesting for those wanting to offer clients more.

Seems it's set up by some ex-MTV video chaps and I'm rather impressed with it and seriously considering signing up for it. Have a look and see what you think.

PS. If anyone does decide to sign up, enter the code "ebjxtyvn" and you get $5 off the cost of the yearly thing, as well as giving me 3 months free also, if you'd be so kind.

I'm not sure if this link will work, but here's one I put together in about 30 seconds from an album I have on Facebook.

I like t and think I'll invest in the full version once I figure out how to load it onto my website.

Edit, I've just tried the link and it does work! Oh, and I used your wee code thingy too when I registered

It's rather clever, I like it, though it's suited more to fast paced images over more serene pictures. I tried it with some 'arty' pics and the effect wasn't quite the same per se.
