I spent Friday at "Art in Action", a very large Art and Crafts event near Oxford and had my M6 slung round my neck. It was really amazing how many comments it drew from the stall holders - I realised after a time that most of them were Art College graduates and had done a photography module as part of their course, during which they had been required to use a manual film camera - often a Leica.
I didn't see any other film cameras but lots of digi stuff all day.

I hope they were making enough to live on. My youngest daughter is also an Arts College Graduate... ...And the camera for the photo module in her course was provided by me, a Nikon FG.

I can imagine that is a very tough line of business. The standard of much of the work was so high and the competition must be fierce.
