It's a good angle to see the big old bird from. I don't know if altering the levels/curves would improve things, but the 'plane does seem to merge in with the sky?

mjc - yes, its a great shot but as Chris says it does need a tweek to levels/curves though his (probably hasty) cheeky edit looks a bit over cooked on my screen (sorry Chris )

I agree it does have potential. She is a beauty too! am I correct in saying thats the Vulcan?

Yep, that's a vulcan.
I really need to improve by very basic photoshopping skills. I generally go into 'quick fix', crop, straighten, apply a bit of unsharpen mask...then if I'm feeling really adventurous I'll adjust shadows and stuff as well.
Hope I haven't upset anyone with my change of topic ...
