Lens hood for ' TH 5cms f2 lens anastigmat'

Having recently acquired the above lens, I wish to know the correct Leica code to enable me to source hood and filter mount to suit, as I understand 'TH' never listed such accessories.
Please Gentlemen, no pithy comments about traipsing around used camera dealers to find one that fits (!) - I wish to find these items by internet purchase.
