Just done a search on Multimap for pubs and it lists 82 within half a mile of York centre !

I'm still on for both days and I will be travelling across on Friday evening. If the weather forecast doesn't improve we may be forced to photograph the insides of pubs. It's a hard life.

..and here's me thinking of driving into town (or rather to my folks house which is only a few minutes walk from town and just down the road from where Erm's staying).
looks like it'll have to be the Coastliner.. Drives through our village so that's not bad then.. I take it we will be bringing cameras then?

Just ordered another battery for my camera - hopefully it will arrive before the weekend (or before Sunday anyway). The battery I currently have only lasts around 180 shots..

Mmmm Coastliner, I might do that Sat Or maybe North York Moors railway. Hmmmm, I had all these plans for stuff to do on Saturday and nopw its gonna piss down with rain The inside of a train is probably the best place to be
