I suggest we set ourselves a specific project to photograph. How about a photo of each pub in York?

I'm still on for both days and I will be travelling across on Friday evening. If the weather forecast doesn't improve we may be forced to photograph the insides of pubs. It's a hard life.

My understanding looking back at the threads is that we now have the following :-

Definites

Ephemeral (Sunday)
NorthernNikon ?
geepee (Saturday and Sunday)
ermintrude (Saturday and Sunday)
OneTen (Saturday and Sunday)
Rhys (Sunday)

Then we have :

bradalax (maybe)
sjaszczak (maybe)
Towershot (maybe)
GaryAC (maybe)
alanS and girlfriend (maybe)
Mark101 (maybe)

Perhaps everyone on the list can confirm their availability ?

I'll be around at some point...any excuse for a drink...

Hell, I'd only bring my camera for the inevitable post-meet shoot-and-shame topic on the forum...really hope I get to photograph someone clubbing a PSCO over the head witha beefy lens!

..and here's me thinking of driving into town (or rather to my folks house which is only a few minutes walk from town and just down the road from where Erm's staying).

looks like it'll have to be the Coastliner.. Drives through our village so that's not bad then.. I take it we will be bringing cameras then?

Just ordered another battery for my camera - hopefully it will arrive before the weekend (or before Sunday anyway). The battery I currently have only lasts around 180 shots..
