Introducing....
      #660291 - 28/05/2008 17:44

Hi all,

I know I have posted on one of the other threads, but I just wanted to say hello to you all!
I live near Battle in a small hamlet in East Sussex, so plenty of opportunity for nature shots! Where are all you based?

I am looking forward to working through the modules and I must say, looking at some of your work so far has given me some great ideas on what to acheive, I just hope I can reach your standard.

I have three pictures in my first module so far and I hope to complete it this weekend.

Looking forward to chatting with you all.

Al

welcome to the forum Al,

I am actually dragging my heals with the first module but hope to complete soon. It has taken me almost five months to take three pictures. I did have all five but became dissatisfied with the other two, a fatal mistake to change your shots.

I really like your choice of shots for the first module, especially the wires! Very creative

You do indeed live in a very nice little part of the country. Sunny days must be a blessing for you. Good luck with the rest of your shots for module one. I look forward to seeing your final two.

Cheers Ormina

I like your images so far, so I'm looking forward to the rest...

Hi Ormina and Gary,

Thanks for your encouragement, I am enjoying the first module and I know that if I don't discipline myself with a time target, mine too will go past five months!

It's funny, because at the moment I am looking for Horizontal panoramic and square... so my whole day at the moment is looking at the world, seeing if it fits nicely into that shape!

Once I have finished my shots, I will let you know. Mind you looking at your shots, I am definately under pressure!!!

Thanks Graham,

I am pleased to say I have finished all my shots for module 1 now.... all on Flickr!
Now to get my feedback, which I am nervously looking forward to.

Can't wait for module 2! Do they send any further info, or do you work with what is in the module book?

Hi Alan,
I've just started Module 2, everything you need is in the book. I found the feedback from module 1 to be very useful.

Cheers

Paul
