Hello, does anyone know where I can buy a leather or canvas/fabric WIDE neck strap for Hasselblad 500 series? The brand name straps seem to be quite narrow. Many thanks.

Look for Optech straps - very comfortable on a heavy SLR, should cope with a 'blad just fine.

WHS. I have one on my Mamiya and it's very comfortable and makes it feel much lighter. They do them in a couple of different fittings so you should find one that fits.

WHS -- did a quick search and couldn't find them online. Do you have a website or stockist?

"WHS" on this forum is "what he said" not W H Smith.
For an online stockist of Optech straps try www.speedgraphic.co.uk, not always the cheapest but very good service - but I think you'll find them stocked in most places if you use the search facility from the site's home page.
