Have to agree that it lacks a point of interest - also lacks any real pattern or feeling of purpose that might substitute.
Not doing anything for me I'm afraid...

Sorry but as above. Also for me it lacks drama.  Your shooting from a conventional viewpoint, perhaps try exploring the stairwell from less obvious positions, angles,
and the like. Find out what it is that makes you want to shoot it.
