Morning everyone,
My apologies if this is the wrong section, I can't find a "site help" section. There's two quick queries I have, firstly I don't seem to be able to change my avatar. It keeps defaulting back to the same avatar, even if I totally remove the avatar and try and upload a new one. I can't see where I'm going wrong on this one.
The second query is I've noticed a fair few people have aquired a "sub-title" under their username when they make posts, but the field for editing this continues to elude me. Can anyone point my in the right direction please?
Thanks.
P.S., good to be back (again!). Just ordered a shedload of film from 7weekwait so am making time for photography again! Hassy is dusted off ready.

Ah, the delights of the forum software. Try using a different file type for your avatar, Rob - that sometimes works.
As for the title, there are some automatic ones, but they only apply to those who have joined since the new software - the rest are at the mercy of the mods. And we don't have any mercy, so they tend to be embarassing, as it allows us to play...
I did welcome you back in another thread, but nice to see you.

Just seen the one you've given me. I like it! It's continued relevance will be subject to attendance eh?
I'll have another fiddle with my file types.
edit: bingo, avatar changed! Cheers Nick.

He's gone up in the world, but probably doesn't want to be known as Hasslebladder ...

Cheers Will, nice to be back! Just had my 7day order come through the door (6 days after ordering it!! They are improving!) so I shall be out later I think! Tempted to give the namesake a workout too. I see your postcount has been spiralling upwards . . . quelle suprise.
Garry McNamera . . . is this the new Fen? All this name changing is awfully confusing for those who have been out of the loop!
Yes Ian, methinks I'll pass on the Hasslebladder nickname! I'll stick with yashicamat as everyone knows me as that anyway!
