Having just completed Module 4 and being a regular viewer of this forum I've found it really helpful to be able to see other peoples pictures before progressing to each new module. I thought it was only right that I return the favour so (if this link works) here are my modules so far.

Just discovered the usefulness of the forums, and want to put something back by posting my pictures. BUT, not sure which is the best way to do this? I see flickr and pbase are used extensively, and others have gone to the trouble of producing / designing their own web sites.

My dilema is whether to go for the (I guess) simpler option of using a service such as flickr, or to produce something on my own web space (not currently doing anything useful!).

Thanks

Not one for taking the easy option I want to go for the second own web space option, but not sure what software to use.

Any advice greatly received, even if it is "take the easy option".

I use Flickr and it's the best sharing site I've used (if you ignore people's feedback which is always inanely positive, unlikely on this forum where people aren't afraid to give a bit of constructive criticism). Also with Flickr you can post a small version of any photos and then easily add them to your post here. Don't know how easy that would be with your own site.

Depends how much time you have and how much love you have for creating websites - I have neither

Col

I don't think this site is being maintained any more - there was another thread going about this but don't know if anyone actually agreed to take on the site in the end (it was a voluntary thing , nothing to do with AP mag, and the original creator finished the course)

Some great shots by the way!

Well done, Sophie. I particularly liked the Pramenoux staircase shot from Mod 3 (and also agree about the crop etc), and Patterns from Mod 4.

Onward and upward for you then?

Great set of shots Sophie - ones to be proud of. Including the tutors comments was also very generous of you as we can all benefit as well. Thank you
