D7 Firmware

Hi ,i have never upgraded my D7 firmware,can anyone tell me if there is a site where i can download the latest,or can you use alpha 100 firmware? thanks

The last firmware issued was version 1.10 here. You certainly can't use the a100 firmware - it's an entirely different camera.
