Croydon Photo Centre has one with 40mm & case for £399 - sounds like a reasonable price if in exc+ condition, etc. Ask for Reg.

The Minolta CLE is, in several respects, a better user's camera, and quite a bit cheaper - just as scarce though. .T.

I contacted Croydon Photographic and spoke with Reg.The CL was sold yesterday but, it is possible one will be coming in. A very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman.
Many thanks
Mibron.

Try MW Classic (there's a CL @ £349) or call Frank Foster at Photo Design Studio. The Leica Shop in Wein/Vienna is always worth a look, but prices vary somewhat - good folk to deal with though.

Don't buy a CL or CLE without a warranty, or at least buy from a dealer and you'll have a (statutory) return option.

And yes, Reg knows his stuff, Frank too.

.T.
