This months theme is "Self portrait"
Is it really you?
For this round take a picture of yourself as you would like other forum members to see you. The picture might show you exactly as you are, but you are also free to distort the truth. How would we ever know whether you are lying or not? You should include your camera or some reference to your photographic interest – and that will be the only part of the image that is definitely genuine. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. PLEASE DO NOT POST IMAGES until you have read the Posting Images – Maximum Sizes etc sticky on this forum. 2. Images must not exceed 600 pixels x 600 pixels
3. File sizes must be under 100kb (102,400 bytes)
IMAGES THAT DON’T CONFORM TO THESE RULES WILL BE DELETED! Do not post TWICE in the comp - ask a moderator to correct or alter your original entry if you are having a problem.
4. Images must be embedded in this thread (click on reply in this post).
5. Images must have a suitable title in the subject line.
6. No links please! (Technical details should be kept to a minimum)
7. One entry only per person is allowed. If you need to change it, please contact a moderator with new URL and reason why.
If you want comments on your work, or you want to comment on other members work, please post in the Comments thread provided.
Good luck!
PS. If you're new to embedding images in forums and you're having problems, don't forget you have approx. ONE HOUR to try something else - if at the end of that time your still having a problem, contact a moderator.

Okay this is me on a boat in Skye September on a boat - camera in the pic is my 35mm SLR Olympus OM101 and I have my faithful compact on a tripod taking the shot. I've cropped the pic so you can get a good close up of my ugly face lol.

Close encounter happened when a dragonfly decided to land on my finger, so this is a one handed shot, struggling to hold a 1D MkII, Tamron 180 Macro, Plus flash – of course I had an extension tube fitted at the time, just to make it interesting and that little bit more unwieldy...

Well Jude did think of David Beckham lying back in his Y-Fronts, but modesty got the better of me. Nikon D200 on Self Timer plus a dose of Photoshop.
