Best place to get Photographic paper ?
      #545296 - 24/09/2007 22:45

Hello all

I am currently doing an AS level photography course and for next week we have to bring our own 5 x 7 BW multigrade paper, Do any of you have any suggestions as to where to buy from ? I live in Oswestry which does not have much, so internet or mail order is what I am thinking ! Thanks for any help/ suggestions ( currently we are doing photograms but are moving on to landscape and portrait I think ??) Thanks !!!

I usually get mine from www.silverprint.co.uk though I have been tempted by Secondhand Darkroom Supplies (sorry, can't think of their url at the mo) as they are undercutting everyone else by an appreciable margin, but you'll have to check if their prices include VAT 'coz I was unable to find out when I enquired. Firstcall and Nova are other possibilities.

You Should be able to get it at Jessops, especially if the is a college near by, they probably keep it under the counter or out the back. I get a lot of mine from 7Dayshop, but what they have is quite limited.
