Jessops discount card

Hi all,
I have emailed Elliot direct, but I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems using their 10% discount at Jessops card online. It comes up that the code on the back of the card is not recognised.

Hi there,
I used my card just after Christmas without any problems. The assistant said she'd never heard of them before, but knocked the discount off anyway.
Hope your card gets sorted.

Hi All,
I tried using the card in the original Jessops store in Leicester today and staff had never seen the discount card before or how to enter sales using it!! It did cause lots of interest with the staff so should not be a surprise the next time someone tries to use their discount card.

I have used mine in both the Huddersfield and Halifax stores. In both cases staff and managers hadn't seen one before - even handing it around for others to look at. Discount was given but not after I'd caused a queue in one of the stores!
Not tried it online myself but recall seeing a post elsewhere on the forum suggesting others have also had the same problem you've highlighted.

Caused some bemusement in the Aylesbury branch this morning, they'd never seen one but thought it would probably be alright however I couldn't try it out as there was nothing I wanted to buy!
