Although I'm a Sony user, came across this cashback offer for Nikon.

To give Nikon their due they do get the cash back to you fairly quickly! (recently bought Mrs Heelis a D40!)

Silly question but i will ask anyway !
Did you send:-
1) Camera & Lens Stubs with the serial numbers on
2) Nikon CashBack form filled in.
3) Copy of the Original Till Receipt
