This months theme is "Movement" Thanks to Fen.

2. Images must not exceed 600 pixels on the longest side and 100k (102,400 bytes)
...OR THEY WILL BE DELETED! If your not sure how to post the correct sizes see the "How to post Images etc" ...sticky at the top of this forum.
...Do not post TWICE in the comp - ask a moderator to correct or alter your original entry if you have a problem.
3. Images must be embedded in this thread (click on reply in this post).
4. Images must have a suitable title in the subject line.
5. No links please! (Technical details should be kept to a minimum)
6. One entry only per person and if you need to change it, please contact a moderator with new URL and reason why.
If you want comments on your work, or you want to comment on other members work, please post in the Comments thread provided.

Gosh this is old! Taken with Fujifilm Superia 800,Vivitar 28-210 f3.5 at f8 and 1/15 (if I recall well), Centon FG30 flash, Vivitar v635 camera anc cable release. A job I did for a bar, one of my first ones.
