Elements 6 on Ebay

Hello
Therers a seller on Ebay selling elements 6 for £20 inc post - buy it now price. Seems to have good feedback - all from buyers of elements 6.
1 Anyone bought from ebay?
2. Is that too good to be true?
3 There are other sellers with bids in excess of £20 - like £27, why?
Any help / feedback appreciated.
