Hi All, this is my first post. I have looked to see if this has been dealt with.

When I backup with a full backup PS Elements 4.0 onto an external hard-disk the files are copied, but with new filenames, which do not relate to the ones I gave them on my puter hard-disk. So this means that I have my images backed-up, but - so far as I can see - without filenames, tags etc.

Is it that the metadata is there, but I can't see it. Or am I doing something wrong in the backup ?
