well there is the undo and redo buttons in edit which can take you back or forwards in a step = but I don't think that they will give you a readout of the specific settings that you used for a process - however the data is clearly there in the program.
However this only works whilst you are editing the photo = after you close and open the editor I think the dump with all that info might be dumped
