This should be quite clearly stated on the entry form, if not contact the club's exhibition secretary (if they have one) or other club officer. Normally there is an upper limit to the number of entries you may submit - this may be per class or total - in order to keep numbers to a manageable proportion. Typical entry limitation would be in the region of 2-3 per class or 6-8 in total.

If there are any size requirements again the relevant information should be given on the entry form. Usually there is no specified print size but there is usually a maximum mount size. Another increasingly favoured approach is to require all prints to be mounted on a standard sized mount - typically 50x40cm. Unless otherwise stated prints may be mounted using window mounts (print mounted on the back & visible through a cut window in the mount) or plain mounted on top of the card. Generally hard framed mounts are not acceptable.
