Really getting into my Samsung GX-1L with the 18-55mm kit lens. Now want to explore what film KAF2, KAF, KA mount lens and make to look out for and what to avoid on this DSLR. I know i'll loose auto focusing functionality but that's not a problem to me.

This would be an economical way to utilise a telephoto, macro lens especially. Would love a newer Sigma 18-200mm or Tamron 18-250mm but that's out of my price range.

Unless you all think for example digital lens such as Pentax 50-200mm f/4-5.6 DA ED Lens or Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro would be better in the long run. Which is more in my price range
