Actually the Sammy GX-1L is the Pentax *ist DL2 with a different label, the D did not have a Sammy clone, and there are some people still waiting for a worthy D successor...
The DL2 takes jpegs and PEF only. Only the K10D and K20D have the option of PEF or DNG, the current Samsung equivalent, the GX-20 has DNG only I think (or is it PEF?)...
