I did mean 4 meters. I also was using a tripod and 4secs anti shock - that's because I wanted to show what the lens was capable of and I suspect that you will have no problem with sharpness if you go down this route. If you do not have a tripod you could rest the camera onto a table etc. and use the delayed action facility to fire the shutter after you remove your hand.
