I agree; the FL36 is an excellent unit and does everything I need it to. If I had any citicism, I would say its a tad underpowered for recycling time. It's better with rechargeable batteries. Other than that, it has great functionality and is easy to use. Make sure you understand the difference between the FL36 and the FL36R. With an E-410 you can take advantage of a cheaper deal on the now discontinued FL36 as the radio/remote facility of the FL36R won't work on your E-410.
