My latest DSLR, bought s/h, came without the original manual, but instead with the manual decently printed in the middle of A4 sheets. (Probably from the pdf file.) Initially I wanted to have this ~100 sheets guillotined down to A6 and bound, but I now prefer using the A4 version which I've bound myself. (Plenty of space for notes etc.)

A few weeks ago, I bought a copy of the original manual, so if I do want to sell, I've now got the complete kit.
