I bought it from Dixons online, so I'm sending it back to Olympus directly, I emailed Olympus support the sample crop and they say to send it back. This is the first problem I've had with any digital camera, and I've had a lot of them, I can't understand how it can go from working OK, then being carefully stored for a couple of months, to being faulty without anything adverse happening to it in between.
