Getting E400 repaired under warranty, how long?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had ever had a camera repaired by Olympus, and if so how long it took before you got your camera back?
I'm having strange problems with my E400 which I bought in September from Dixons online.
I'm going to contact Olympus customer support later on today, hopefully I can send it directly back to them instead of sending it back to Dixons.
