I would certainly go for the S5pro.
I recently got my hands on one and if I hadn't recently purchased the D3 with 14-24mm.
I would have bought a pair of Fuji S5pro's.
BTW I also own a pair of D80s but at the price the S5pro is selling at it's one hell of camera and bargain.
