	Most lenses for older AF Minoltas will work on 7D, 5D and the Sony Alphas, except some early Sigmas in which the electronics are not compatible, for some of these Sigma would replace the chip, not sure if this service is still available though. I have used Minolta and Tokina AF lenses from the 1980s on my 5D and some later Sigmas with no problems. Cheers MIKE
