What to spend..........
      #664412 - 08/06/2008 10:59

....my bonus on.

Having got my yearly bonus from work, deciding what to spend it on. I have come up with the following:

1. Upgrade from my Sony Alpha A100 to either the A200 or A300 (A350);
2. Buy the Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM (has had excellent reviews on this forum); or
3. Save the money and put it towards the A700 (hopefully get one at a reduced price in January sales).

Advice???

Would the A200, A300/350 or the A700 be compatible with the Sigma 10-20mm?

If so... I'd buy the lens, it's a cracker

Although Sigma are at last making HSM lenses for Sony cameras the Sony version of the Sigma 10-20mm was not. However it's a really nice lens and works very well with my Sony cameras and the non-HSM focussing is fine.
