It's the first time I've posted in this section of the forums, so first of all - hello everyone.
I've decided I'd like to have a go at TLR photography, and the Seagull cameras seem like a good way to start. I know they don't have the best reputation for build quality etc., but I can forgive that considering the cheap price.
My question - does anyone know where these cameras can be bought? Kauser International are the UK distributors, but there's no indication on their website of any stockist details.
If anyone could let me know where to find one of these cameras, I'd be very grateful - thanks in advance.

But it strikes me that you might be better off looking for a used Rollei TLR on Ebay for the prices they are asking. Last year I bought a well used Rollei 2.8E with Zeiss PLanar lens for £100. Might be worth keeping an eye out.

Not sure if you can get new Seagull cameras (SLR/TLR) anymore.
Your best bet would be to try dealers for a good second hand model or ebay.
You should have more luck getting a Cheapish Mamiya, Rolleiflex or Yashica.

Kauser will supply direct, I have purchased Marumi filters from them in the past. They are helpful when you phone.

Lomo sell them but at a big premium. You can get decent used TLRs at a better price, which will probably serve you better in the long run.

Agree. You should be able to get a serviceable Rolleicord for not much more than pocket money, and even if the slow shutter speeds are inaccurate it will probably be just as reliable as a new Seagull.

Personally I'd go for the Mamiya TLR every time - Lovely cameras to work with and plenty of spare lens kit on e bay too.

Mifsuds Photographic have got a used C330 body for £99 and an 80mm F2.8 for £99 - a better bet than a Seagull

To be honest I don't want to spend a lot of money (more a whim than anything), so I'll see what comes up on ebay.
